Do I have to download or install anything?

No, TurfHop is a web based and runs in the cloud on all major, modern web browsers.

Will TurfHop work on my phone?

Yes, you can access every feature of the application through your Apple or Android device.

How does my free trial work?

Try TurfHop and all the features for 14 days with no commitment and ask us any questions along the way!

After my trial, do I have to sign a contract?

No, we do not require long-term contracts or agreement on your part. After your account is cancelled, the card on file will not be billed.

Do I have to pay a setup fee?

No. Our friendly staff will work directly with you and / or your team to help answer any questions when getting started.

How do I update my payment method on file?

Simply log into your account and navigate to "My Profile" and click on your current payment method to change your billing information.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). For annual subscriptions, we can charge your card on file or send an invoice.

How secure is my data?

We understand your client and company data can contain sensitive information, rest assured we take security very seriously and employ a number of internal security policies to ensure your data is safe.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Of course, we'll be sorry to see you go but you can navigate to "My Profile" and click "Cancel Account" at anytime.

Can I import and export my data?

Yes, we offer the ability to import and export most objects in the system into a CSV format.

Can I get a demo before signing up?
