Adding Products / Services To Many Jobs At Once

Need to add a new product / service to several jobs?  Need to apply pricing increase for the new year?  You can now do it by the masses.  Just navigate to your product / service and scroll to the very bottom and click the link to get started

Additional Notes

Remember, you can only apply line item updates to jobs that are not Completed or Cancelled.  So any open job or quote can have quantities / pricing updated.  Here are the steps to get going:

• Navigate to Products / Services under your Inventory heading
• Select the product / service of your choice
• Scroll to the very bottom
• Look for "Want to update pricing or add this product to all open / scheduled jobs?"
• Enter the new quantities / pricing for each job
• Click "Save"

If you have location specific pricing, we will attempt to set that accordingly.  This feature will be evolving and constantly improved, but as always, we love hearing feedback - here are a few questions:

• Would you like to see the line item total when editing a job?
• Would you like the ability to create new jobs with the product / service by customer?
