Print Queue
TurfHop makes keeping up with your invoices easy. Print in bulk and never let another invoice delivery slip through the crack. Use the print queue and email communication history pages to track invoice delivery.
Getting Started
This functionality is pretty self explanatory, but users are using the "Print Queue" page to print their invoices in bulk or mark them as printed to keep up with which ones have been delivered to the customer.
Simply navigate to the "Invoices" page and click Actions > Print Queue. Here you'll find invoices that need to be printed or have not been emailed to the customer.
You can also click into each invoice and view the email communication thread by selecting the appropriate tab. You'll be able to see if the email delivered and how many times the customer has viewed the email.
