Getting Started

Navigate to your company settings under the management heading. Click the "Payments" tab to setup online payments with Paya, Braintree, or Stripe.  You'll notice a few other options in here that can be toggled on and off to your likings.

Stored Payment Methods

We give your customers the ability to save and store a payment method on file for easy and quick invoice payments.  Even better, we give you the ability to charge their card (with their consent of course).

More Options

You will likely want to include a "Pay My Bill" button somewhere in your invoice email that goes out, right?  Easy, navigate to your company settings and click on "Email Templates" tab and drop {online-payment-button} somewhere in the body of your email. This will give your customers the ability to click that button to pay their bill online :)

Have Your Own Merchant Account?

No problem, you can always use your own braintree or stripe account. Just check the "Use My Braintree Payments Account" or "Use My Stripe Payments Account" and drop in your API credentials to have payments sent directly to your accounts.
